u cannot consume it every morning because nasi lemak is high in saturated fats. Thus, u will have a higher chances to have heart diseases, obesity, stroke and so on. U can have have a healthier breakfast by eating breads, noodles and so on which are lower in fat content instead of nasi lemak. Keep in mind that ur energy consumed must be equal with ur energy expenditure. Otherwise, u will gain weight.
